Description:  Skysurfer Strike Force is a mid-1990s animated series about Jack Holister, who forms a team of vigilantes to fight the evil cyborg Cybron. Jack's father was framed for an explosion and theft of a computer brain, and he suspects Cybron was behind it. The team, the Skysurfer Strike Force, uses transforming, rocket-powered skyboards and specialized armor to combat Cybron and his bioborgs.

Plot: The series follows Jack Holister, the son of a brilliant scientist, as he tries to prove his father's innocence after a mysterious explosion. The true culprit, a criminal who merges the stolen experimental computer brain with his own, becomes the cyborg villain known as Cybron. Jack forms the Skysurfer Strike Force to fight Cybron and his robotic bioborgs.

Team and equipment: The team members, including Jack, use a wrist-mounted device called a Digitrans to transform into their armored, crime-fighting selves and control their rocket-powered skyboards. Jack is Skysurfer One.
