Description:
Channel Umptee-3 is an educational cartoon series from 1997-1998 about a group of cartoon characters who run an underground pirate television station. The team, which includes Ogden Ostrich, Sheldon S. Cargo the snail, and Holey Moley the mole, travels the world in a van and broadcasts shows designed to teach children to appreciate everyday things. Their efforts are frequently challenged by the villainous Stickley Rickets and his henchmen, who want to shut down their station because they see it as a threat to their box-producing business.
