Description:  Blackstar is a 1981 animated science fantasy series about an astronaut named John Blackstar who, after being sucked through a black hole, crash-lands on the alien planet Sagar. He joins forces with the planet's resistance, including the shapeshifting Klone, the sorceress Mara, and his dragon Warlock, to fight the evil Overlord who rules the planet. Blackstar uses one half of a powerful, split sword called the Starsword to combat the Overlord, who possesses the other half, the Powersword.
