Description:  The cartoon Centurions is a 1986 science fiction series about an elite team of soldiers who wear cybernetic "exo-frames" that can be equipped with weapon systems beamed down from an orbiting space station called Sky Vault. The team's primary mission is to defend Earth against the villainous cyborg, Doc Terror, and his sidekick, Hacker, who constantly try to take over the world. In the show, the heroes would shout "power extreme" to have their powerful weapon systems "fused" to their suits, making them man and machine against the forces of evil.

Premise: In the near future, Earth is threatened by Doc Terror and his cyborg companion, Hacker. An elite force known as the Centurions is assembled to stop them.

Team: The team initially consists of three specialists: Max Ray (sea operations), Jake Rockwell (land operations), and Ace McCloud (air operations). They are later joined by two more members, John Thunder and Rex.

Technology: The team's main advantage comes from their cybernetic exo-frames, which have hardpoints for attaching various weapons and gear. These "Assault Weapon Systems" are beamed down from the space station Sky Vault.

Villains: The main antagonists are the cyborg scientist Doc Terror, who was once a member of the Science Council, and his robotic assistant, Hacker.
