Description:  The Robonic Stooges was a 1970s Hanna-Barbera cartoon that reimagined the Three Stooges as bionic superheroes. The three junkyard robots—Moe, Larry, and Curly—would receive missions from their boss, Agent 000, and use their telescoping limbs and various built-in gadgets to fight villains in a slapstick, superhero format. The show originally aired as a segment on The Skatebirds before getting its own half-hour slot.

Characters: Moe, Larry, and Curly, presented as cybernetic robots.

Origin: They were created as "perfect" crime-fighters, but were often bumbling despite their powers. They lived in a junkyard and worked for the Superhero Employment Agency.

Agent 000: Their exasperated boss, voiced by Ross Martin, who gave them their assignments.

Powers and abilities

Bionic limbs: The Stooges could extend their limbs, and Moe had a telescoping neck.

Gadgets: They had a variety of gadgets built into their bodies, which would be accessed through a chest-based compartment.

Slapstick: The humor relied on physical comedy, though it was toned down from the original shorts to be more family-friendly.
