Description:  Breezly and Sneezly is a 1960s Hanna-Barbera cartoon about a resourceful polar bear named Breezly Bruin and his droopy seal friend, Sneezly Seal, who lives with a perpetual cold. Their adventures primarily revolve around Breezly's attempts to raid the Arctic military base, Camp Frostbite, for its food and luxuries. Their plans are constantly thwarted by the camp's leader, Colonel Fuzzby, and sometimes by Sneezly's powerful sneezes, which can have devastating effects.
