Description:  Squiddly Diddly is an American animated series from the 1960s about an aspiring, musical octopus (often mistaken for a squid) who lives in an aquatic park called Bubbleland. His attempts to escape and find musical stardom are repeatedly foiled by the park's administrator, Chief Winchley. Despite sometimes succeeding in escaping, Squiddly often returns to Bubbleland, finding the outside world too harsh.

Appearance: Squiddly is a purple, round-headed cephalopod with six tentacles, a sailor's hat, and a red shirt.

Plot: The series follows Squiddly's efforts to achieve fame as a musician.
