Description: 

Character description: Precious Pupp is a neighborhood terror with a secret identity. He is a clever, non-speaking Afghan dog who communicates with a distinct wheezing laugh, famously used by the later character Muttley.

Plot: Precious Pupp lives with his owner, Granny Sweet. She loves her dog and is completely unaware that he is a mischievous dog who surprises people with loud barks, often to defend their home or for his own amusement.
