Touché Turtle and Dum Dum is an American animated series from Hanna-Barbera about a brave but often clumsy turtle swordsman and his simple-minded sheepdog sidekick, Dum Dum. The duo travels through various settings, using their fencing skills to rescue royalty, defeat villains, and help those in distress, all while exclaiming "Touché away!" as their catchphrase. Characters and premise
