Description:  Colonel Bleep is an American animated science fiction series that follows the adventures of Colonel Bleep, an alien from the planet Futura, as he maintains "right and justice" throughout the galaxy. He is assisted by his two deputies, a caveman named Scratch and a cowboy puppet named Squeak, from their headquarters on Zero Zero Island. The show, notable for being the first color cartoon made for television, debuted in 1956 and featured adventures that often incorporated scientific and technological concepts.
